When living with the effects of a traumatic brain injury, a concussion, a migraine or any chronic condition, it can be difficult to get out of bed. We tend to push ourselves beyond our boundaries in that moment, and we pay the price in the end.
This podcast gives us permission to listen to our body's communication for some nurturing. It tells the story, I tell myself, when I'm needing a Do Nothing Day so I can heal more deeply. Restore my body, mind, emotions and soul to a place of balance.
