Through the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu it is believed that there is a life energy that travels through all living beings, and our health, or harmony, depends on its free and even distribution.
That our breath and our hands are all one needs to rediscover their true, authentic Self, and rid the body of all accumulations caused by stress & sweep away the dirt, dust and greasy grime from daily living. And one can live in balance & in rhythm with the Universe.
