Today, our storyteller, Mindful Dina Joy, is guiding us through a metta meditation practice, or loving-kindness practice. When we practice metta daily, we increase our compassion for ourselves and for others. We improve our relationships of all kinds, and reduce our stress, anxieties, and our feeling of disconnection from a loving and nurturing source.
You are welcome to participate in whatever way most deeply resonates with you today. And you are encouraged to make this part of your daily routine. After just one week you'll notice a very positive shift begin to take place.
